This policy explains what personal data prop.trade collects, why we collect it and the choices you have.
1. Data we collect
Account data such as your name, email address, country and password hash; verification data required for funded accounts; billing details processed by our payment providers; and trading activity within your simulated accounts.
Technical data such as IP address, device and browser information, and marketing attribution parameters (for example UTM tags or ad click identifiers) from the link you arrived on.
2. How we use it
To operate evaluations and funded accounts, process payments and payouts, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, and measure which marketing channels bring traders to us.
3. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and a first-party attribution cookie that remembers how you found us for up to 30 days. Optional analytics or advertising cookies are only set with your consent where required.
4. Sharing
We share data with service providers that help us run the platform, such as hosting, payments, identity verification and email delivery, under contracts that protect your information. We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention
We keep data for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal, accounting and anti-fraud obligations.
6. Your rights
